Narrow frame
The foundation for truth and meaning, which the academia gave to the people, which was well suited for certain purposes (such as developing science and technology) and poorly for others (notably for preserving and developing culture).
We adapted this keyword from Werner Heisenberg's book Physics and Philosophy.
