Action
A prototype is not complete unless it has a clear and realistic deployment and impact plan.
Although knowledge federation can be implemented—and needs to—in any number of ways, I now make this prototype and call to action complete by sharing a concrete deployment plan.
As academia's—and democracy's—evolutionary organ.
And a way to empower our next generation to be creative in ways their situation requires.
Can be done in any number of ways; Concretely here at IUC Dubrovnik under the patronage of WAAS.
